Walk-ins welcome during office hours.  Set up for Temporary Medicaid provided for women without health insurance who qualify using income guidelines.

Tb Testing

Skin test provided with a doctor’s order.  Must be read 48-72 hrs following the test.

HIV Testing
Walk-ins welcome during office hours.  Results received within a week.  Completely confidential.

Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, and Cholesterol Screenings

Provided weekly during office hours, walk-ins only.

Home Visiting Nurse Program

Provided with a doctor’s order for homebound patients only on a limited basis.  Home visits offered for syringe filling, medication set up, blood pressure, blood sugar, and drawing blood.

Community Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar Clinics

Offered throughout Gasconade and Osage County at Sr. Housing establishments and other places upon request.
